Your Best 1000+ BXP Co-op Game

1,000 Base XP in Co-op is not a common achievement. Let us celebrate each and every time we get one, knowing how difficult it can be to score a thousand.

Post your Co-op 1,000 Base XP scores here. Please include the Team Score Tab as that is the only screen that show Base XP Scores. 

This thread serves to continue what we had before at the old Forum (big thanks to the thread's OP, Efros). And to start the ball rolling, here is a 1,051 Base XP Co-op battle with the Napoli. She's a very fun cruiser to play.

The 1000 bxp games in COOP are becoming very rare. Almost mandatory to have a CV in the game.

@Frostbow and @FltCaptAlan we're still shaking out the forums and making sure that we have the core functionality up and running.

Please ping I_cant_swim_ or one of the mods (like me) if we haven't gotten around to a PvE forum set in the next month. Not trying to blow you off, but this is a `100% volunteer' effort, and there is a lot going on behind the scenes to make sure that we get off to a good start, so there are a number of things on the "next week" list that keep getting pushed back.

1000 BXP in Co-op is truly an amazing feat. Even more so these days with the bot shooting nerf from Update 0.10.6 never adequately being addressed (improved slightly in 0.11.1 but just a small improvement) making games so easy and fast that the chance to do the needed damage is rare. You still get them but not like you once could.

In my 40,925 Co-op games played to date (yeah I know, I have no life 😂) I have amassed 104 total games with 1000+ BXP. I am not the worlds greatest player or anything but that shows how rare it is. It is just 0.25% of total games played for me. One funny oddity (FWIW to the thread) is in all those games I have exactly 1 that is right on 1000 BXP 🤣.

My best ever Co-op BXP was surprisingly in a T8 Cruiser. The lower you go in tiers the harder it is to hit 1000 even with great games. T10 and SuperShips are the best tiers to shoot for it in. I only have (7) 1000+ BXP games in T8's and none in any tier lower than that. Closest I have come is in T7 California at 925 (@Sailor_Moon just for you LOL). I know people have done it at T7 but it takes a herculean effort to pull it off.

I will add my best BXP in a Co-op win and loss below...

My best ever to date was in Atago (1427 BXP) and was an all human team. This was a few months before the 10.6 shooting nerf and we got down fast and then I was alone vs a bunch down caps and points. Had to kill stuff and cap all at the same time to pull the win out. Wasn't sure I would but somehow I did. The shocker was the BXP. I expected over 1000 but never expected over 1400 especially since it was an all T8 match with no higher tier ships to boost it. The other shocker is only taking 350K potential damage. I used islands and set a lot of torp traps to avoid being shot at.

This game (all bots) would have eclipsed the Atago game if I had been able to pull it off and is my 4th best overall Co-op BXP even in the loss. I was super close but Annapolis not having torps was the deciding factor. With literal seconds left before the bots won on pts I had to try a ram on a Hannover. I used the burst fire funny button with AP on its broadside that took it very low in HP as it came around the corner of an island and then went in full steam for the ram. I got robbed by the mechanic not working properly. I should have done the full HP of Annapolis in the ram which was enough to kill it, and the point swing, even with both of us dying, would have given us the win (assuming the game properly accounted for that with the 2 of us the last ships left), but it only credited me with the 12K HP I had left (ramming is bugged in this game). The Hannover was able to kick a heal off and stay alive long enough for the game to end. I was so mad LOL. 1279 BXP in a Co-op LOSS! 🤥

I just ran through my posts on the old 1000 BXP thread and came up with 77 entries from myself with the highest being a 1476 game in my Edgar. She has a disproportionate number of Yuuuge games as she tends to attract solo all Supership games for some reason.

The plane count and cap defense do kick your BXP up a lot, but I still get games where I look at the BXP and look at my scoreboard and think "How?", both positively and negatively.

I didn't really say what I meant to say in that post. I'll try again ... normally when I have a game like that I feel like I earned it. But this time around I think I had a fair bit of luck offsetting the fact that I'm sick.

Outside of Narai, I have not played Weimar in any mode. Quite curious how comfortable she is in Co-op, knowing she has Engine Boost.

Very weird COOP day.  Several matches where the human teams simply get wiped out and one or two of us are left against the majority of the bots???  Weird.  Here is one of those matches...

953 - just short of the 1,000 matches we used to chronicle.
