Follow on Youtube puzzle piece - what am I doing wrong?

Hi guys, maybe you can help me out:

I've been trying to complete the 8th anniversary puzzle, and when I click on the "Follow on YouTube" piece, it takes me to the page, and I click "Subscribe" and I don't get the piece.  Is there something else I need to click?

The easiest way to do it, and ignore all that "go here, click that, follow this" nonsense, is just go to the codes section on this site - all the codes needed are there.
