You guys know Wargaming. I am not sure if the EU server is active already for the code. The bonus code is granting Commander General Greenwood with 3 skill points. Plus go to the WoWS web portal here for more information and undo the puzzle map for another free commander. I am not sure if they will be good for anything. But hey it's free. Have you started the missions on the puzzle? I think you need to click on the relevant piece of the puzzle to activate the mission. I did that prior to activating the code.
