You just need to open this link in your browser.
The link will take you to our server, where you will have only limited access to begin with.

3.    Look around the server a bit. There's an "Apply to join" page somewhere on the left, under "Start here". You can type in your in-game name here, in case it is different from your Discord login name. If an admin is around (you might see one at the Reception Desk), he'll register you as member so you have full access.
