I don't know what is means for us, my ticket is as yet unanswered. Just make a copy of your current posts (the last hour or so), if it is something you need to save. Will update ASAIKWTHIGO ... Update: 4 hours later, support is still looking into it. Our files appear to be ok, though. Update: 6 hours later, support staff say they have resolved the issue.
