Current season of cbs

This season of cbs is terrible,  I swear the seasons just keep getting worse and less players are playing.

We can not even field a team this season;......and, we have no intention of wasting our time doing so....  There are too many problems with CB's to even engage them.  It's a hard PASS.....

Reasons?

If anything all the restrictions targeting all the hardcore meta ships allowed me to request bringing Minotaur and getting to Storm with it.

Somewhat of a breather from all the stale compositions.

Reason is its impossible to train beforhand with ships and ship compositions because you dont know what they will ban/restrict and also procuring some more (labor) expensive stuff such as say a Conde and then it gets the chop or yeey we ban Kremlin but sure you can take Ushakov no problem komrade… Also its sommer and people (even those still enduring in wows) have other interests at hand

Counterpoints:

• You can partially train, practice and experiment with ship compositions while in CB. Especially that early grind, where everyone is also doing the same, and you're not at a high rating yet.
• For particularly expensive ships like superships. You can hold onto your credits until the time you require said ship. Most play similar to their T10 counterparts and require minimal training.
• Most ships are restricted, rather than outright banned. Meaning you can somewhat shuffle your roles around.
  • Older veterans with lots of ships can afford to switch roles.
  • Newer players who specifically grinded a few select ships for CB can still use them.
• It promotes a degree of versatility and adaptability, beyond just drilling a few detailed plans involving specific ships into your head. Would you really want to do the exact same thing for weeks?
• It helps to disrupt the stagnant meta, although I agree buffs/nerfs are better for this than outright banning large number of ships.
• If you have other interests at hand, adopting a more casual approach for a particular season could also work. Probably the least persuasive argument, but you might also pick up something from a breather.
