I wish I had some use for Coal, lately its just for upgrades. I have enough stored to get Pittsburgh through WWII.

Before I blew 1.5 million on Kitakami (that has seen ONE co-op game LOL) I spent coal getting oil for my clan. I bought 100 collection containers for the 1000 oil and 3 million credits compensation plus loads of grey booster also sold for credits. 100k coal that otherwise just gathers dust every time. I waited till I had over 1 million before doing it ensuring I had plenty in reserve when they occasionally drop a new ship into the armoury.

I have a small clan, so it helps grind oil for the base upgrades.

That's the sort of "bad" that keeps the ship's boilers lit, though.  🙂
