Look for the overall performance of these ships to go down now that folks can chase subs in them. 

Kind of like on the old Forum where some wag said that the average damage of Atago would go up if they just removed the torps, without any other change.

If the depth charges have to roll down those rails on Okhotnik while the ship rocks in the sea and all the guns are firing, better hope one doesn't get jammed up in the rails.

Okhotnik in coop makes dd torp missions ridiculously easy.

Okhotnik is very fun in coop. It really spits out unbelievable amounts of torps, but short range so you have to get up close, but this isn't too hard in coop. I saw some do well on the small maps the last time they had T5 ranked, but I don't see many in randoms, probably because it is pretty fragile, and the very short range torps. The guns are good, but slow rotation. It's my go to for any dd missions.

The Okhotnik is a premium ship and arrives with a port-slot included.  Correct?

Yep, 3000 dubs and comes with a port slot.
