Nope,  a straight flush. It would be a royal flush if they were all the same nation. 😉

Almost. Chumphon is a CL. You still need to add a CA to the list - Hipper for example is a CA.

That's a good question. Tier may make more sense since there may be a max of 3 tiers in any given match, whereas there are some 12 or so nations represented in the game. Maybe its 3D poker.
