The destroyers were so top-heavy that they almost capsized in the harbor. In order to make them usable the smokestacks had to be cut in half, several gun turrets removed, and a lot of the superstructure cut away. The video creator took their sweet time drawing out the story though. So I only watched about 5 minutes or so.
