Perth Captain Build

Recommended Posts

Hi All,

Perth previously had it's own build in the Captains Build document, however with the release of the Commonwealth Cruiser line it was removed and merged into that line. I recall it being a bit different to what is recommended in the Commonwealth Cruiser line. Does anyone have a copy of what the original Perth build was prior to the merge?

Cheers,
Serge

No, I don't have one, but seeing as the guide is made by people who play mostly T10 ships, I don't have any faith in the document version. The Perth build is more than suboptimal in the current version, which shows how bad the guide really is for mid tier ships.

I don't have a copy of that build, but I will post how I have set up my Perth later, when EU servers are back online.

PS: The forum pixellates any attempt to upload an image of my Perth stats.

@dcSerge, I have a Perth in my Port, and her Captain has 10 skill points.
Current skills in use:
Last Stand
Fill the Tubes
Pack a Punch
Concealment expert

Since the server is up, here's my build:

Upgrades

-Spotting Aircraft Mod 1

-Hydroacoustic Search Mod 1

-Smoke Generator Mod 1

-Steering Gears Mod 1

Skills - This is a non-IFHE build I'm currently running, as I've found IFHE to be subpar in the long run. The build works around staying in smoke and using the spotter.

-(1) Grease the Gears (this is personal preference, as you can also take last stand)

-(2) Consumable Enhancements

-(3) Superintendent

-(4) Concealment Expert

-(2) Eye in the Sky

-(3) Adrenaline Rush

-(2) Priority Target

-(1) Consumables Specialist

-(3) Survivability Expert (this is a filler skill, but useful if you take a hit)

May need to look at what I have. Haven't played Perth recently.

(Used pass tokens for flake season.)

Thanks for the replies, much appreciated.

Starting off with the first 10 points and building from there so got some good ideas from this.

Cheers,
Serge
