Does anyone know anything about something called WoWS Historians? A website that contains a number of articles, all from 2020. Is it a lapsed project of some sort?

If it used to be something else, I don't remember that far back. Though I do vaguely recall that that level included access to something not mentioned in the latest sales pitch.
