Snargfargle Posted March 23 Posted March 23 Manatees are some of the largest animals in North America, which makes you wonder just what the heck did they evolve to be so scared of? 1

In Australia we had mega-marsupials, e.g. wombats that stood six feet high at the shoulder. They went extinct at about the time human beings showed up in that continent, which is a shame, because I think a wombat steak that takes two barbecue grills to fit it would be a big seller. The newly arrived humans probably thought so too, which might be why there aren't any mega-wombats left. 2

But, my Dad brought one home and I eventually learned to ride it. 🙂 https://www.bikeexif.com/hodaka-combat-wombat https://www.motorcycleclassics.com/classic-japanese-motorcycles/history-of-hodaka/ Edited April 14 by Wolfswetpaws 1 1
