The Same Operation Over and Over Again

Well, it seems the Repetitive Operations bug (if that is what it is) is back. 

In a division of three, and then five,  and then six, we experienced Killer Whale 5 times last night out of eight matches played...  Not five in a row. 

Did anyone else experience a single Operation last night showing up over and over???

We're trying to figure out if player density is involved.

I was playing Star Trek Online, last night.
Have had the same Scenario Operation a few times in a row, in the past.
Other times the rotation seems more evenly distributed.

KW seems to be popping up a lot lately for me going solo. Been getting a lot of potato teams as well.

This patch, Hermes has been way out of ratio for me. ~35% of the draws out of 60ish matches.

I get the feeling they only load a few into the server each week or so to "save resources". So much for "random operations". I also got a bunch of KW a few days ago, got bored, logged off.

There's nothing interesting for me this patch which is probably a good thing as I have a lot of things to do around the house!
