Lost 95% of my HP in a single volley from over 12 KM at full throttle after being spotted by a sub.. That volley look like it came from a SMOLLY only 1 km away it was so tight. Almost every single round hit. DID I mention it has CRAWLING SMOKE TOO? The SMOLLY that was removed from the game couldn't do this stuff. Just how many easy win ships can WG cram into the game so it's easier for new people to play?? LOL, we know the answer to 'that'. As many as Wedgie can sucker the player base into buying. As to a T9 Commonwealth Cruiser named the 'Encounter', is it a historical ship? (didn't think so). Is it even a blueprint? (who knows, but, my money is on it's a fantasy napkin design manufactured from some alleged early proposal). Then assuming Encounter landing a full salvo (9 rds) on a destroyer for whatever reasons. Even excluding damage saturation mechanics, 2950*9*0.333 equals 8850, only enough to devstrike or nearly devstrike a T4~6 destroyer. On other hand the description resembles Italian cruiesers more. Dont know much about the Encounter other than that mentioned in the Dev blog, but it seems to be a "balanced" ship with a lot of mitigating down sides (if im not mistaken), but then again any ship can get a lucky salvo.
