Mate ... can you describe the bug please?

I've noticed that I'm getting the same-old "learn to aim again" issue that comes with every patch ... a little higher for this patch, a little lower for that patch, etc ... but I haven't noticed an outright bug thus far.

Wow this has been happing to me quite often lately. I'm locked on to a ship my guns wont fire mostly when I'm kitting or turning a bit. Tried all the old fixes they don't work anymore mini map zoom in zoom out all that crap.

Several people in various matches that I've been playing over the past few days have mentioned that the game seems a bit laggy lately. When there is lag, you can press the mouse button to fire your guns but they don't appear to immediately fire. I've also noticed torpedoes exploding in the open water behind a ship but sinking it because the hit data and graphics are out of sync. I've seen torpedoes pass right through a ship without exploding (and not deepwater torps fired at a DD either) as well, another sign of graphics and game data being out-of-sync.

Sometimes a Windows update or corrupted files will slow your computer and cause lag. It might not hurt to open an administrator-level command or Powershell prompt (right click the far lower left of the Desktop to get a menu) and then run the command

SFC /SCANNOW

, which will check and repair the more-commonly used Windows files.

'Everything'?

Everyone here with similar issues seems to be currently on NA. It's been a while I've had this issue on either EU or ASIA.

idk why everyone saying "lag" when its clearly a bug, even the CS said so.

the folders of warships, lucky me my account is on there servers not local so i dident loose anything but replays and thats it, the CS said to wipe locla files and fresh install of the game and that fixed it, hopefully for good if not a while

This is an old bug from the 10.X days. Map your spacebar into an alternate fire button. In cases like this, the left mouse button is the plan A and the space bar is a plan B. It's like the ship's primary and secondary fire control. If the primary control dies, the secondary can still direct the guns into action. This is a bug and all Wargaming's problem. It has nothing to do with your workstation. Some programmer got lazy and did not apply the gunnery fix with the 13.0 update. I don't know why they do that. To me its seems that the past fixes would carry over to the newest updates. I wonder if the switching out the special battle modes (airship escort, Asymmetric, etc.) has anything to do with the problem?
