Isn't today 28.01, should be double research points event on EU server, yesterday it be on NA server - seems that we in EU are cheated!

Not sure what you are trying to say. My tech tree showed i could earn twice the research points for a reset and i was able to successfully reset the Harugumo line. Everything worked as it should, have you tried restarting the game?

I used my new x2 reset on the NA server yesterday.

I was thinking that on event RP multiplier is x4 not x2, I never made restart before but seems to me that every time when I look into RP multiplier be x2

Correct. The first reset in the cycle is 2x and worth 20,400 RBP. Every other reset is 10,400.

This is the way it has always been. ONE double-points bonus per 90 day season.
