Well I got the Kitakami, so I'm playing on it, but....

I can only get it to work somewhat under specific conditions, and even then it's not any better than a solid tier X DD. Probably worse...

While Jinan (and Smith) can spit out more torps on average, Kita has that burst mode.  You just have to figure out how to make it work for you.

Yeah... but that means risking the unsportsmanlike conduct penalty for inactivity while you just hang around waiting for your torps to reload. Not to mention the flurry of reports you might farm if you play Kitakami well...
