Another lost tech tip from the past

As with everything, software updates need to be done, Video Drivers, Windows, WoWS updates, etc. And one of the software updates that gets overlooked at times is the MS Visual C++ library software. It turns out that the C++ library have updates done. WoWS uses these software files. I would suggest you update these files, x86 and x64 versions. Make sure your versions match in version codes, otherwise funky things start happening in games and performance. Example shown below. To me this is a basics to start the build for the system foundation.

Update1: One last reminder verify that you don't an English version of the C++ software and a Russian version of the C++ software. Because the system resources will double using both libraries and may choke your CPU cycles. Unless of course you want multiple language C++ libraries.

Update 2: There is a Visual C++ Redistributable Runtimes All-in-One executable batch file from Techpowerup that will install all C++ runtimes. The last update is dated 05-18-2023. The software is free.
