For what its worth If you buy a digital copy of any game it isn't yours. You just have a license to play it.

If you get a steam ban you lose every game as an example.

I actually worry about that Magswitch cart because if you sell a game you copied and someone else buys that used game there switch can get banned , pretty scary.
