Why not give us the USS Arkansas minus the extra modules? They already have the ship model...just remove the T10 modules and you have a viable premium at T3 that collectors and low tier affcionados will snap up quickly. Jeez..throw low tier a bone already.

It's long overdue. I'm sure the beta testers aren't going to care at this point.

Hmm, err, there is the South Carolina at T3 plus WG doesn't care about low tiers anymore other than as a way to proceed to T5+ and the reward Beta test ship should remain inviolate (ofc, I'm biased as I have it).

Arkansas is a Wyoming-class BB. I could see a “standard” version with tier-appropriate upgrade slots being tier IV, but not tier III. We don’t need another Konig Albert.

i prefer to have it at T4 with normal stats instead of nerfing the reload and sigma to abysmal figures.
