This is probably a stupid suggestion, but have you tried scrolling down and agree to the terms? I did and it did not show up again afterwards.

Of course. You cannot visit any part of the site without agreeing to it. It seems to be cookie related to me.

The TOS been updated a couple of times recently. This happens every time it's been updated which is normal, if it keeps happening other times too, that is not normal.

Btw, there is a section that is supposed to function as Support Forum - the DiB Site Feedback, Perhaps that could maybe be made clearer in the name.

Personally, I thought "Site Feedback" wasn't too "subtle".

Yeah, I thought so at the beginning, but then it also says "DiB- Site Feedback". So maybe the OP thought is was feedback for the Site News section only.

We should perhaps change it to just "Site Feedback" for clarity.
