The F-117 can fly, thanks to computers helping to solve its inherent aerodynamic instability. In comparison the "Flying Pancake" isn't all that different in principle. I remember it being available in one of the variations of Microsoft Combat Flight Simulator. 🙂 Few were actually made though, and for various reasons they didn't turn the tide of WW-II.
