So I cannot find anything recent on Discord.

Last patch 12.9 the King of the Sea containers in the armory reset a few days after the patch. However, after patch 12.10 they did not yet.

So will we be able to access them or is it over because the tournament is over? I am short 2 and I nearly have the Community Tokens for them.

Any word on when we will be getting the 250 community token drop from the Twitch streams?

There are no 250 token drops this patch according to the Twitch drops news article. The mission drop has been raised to 500 tokens from 400, they also added the Black Friday container for 3 missions to compensate.
