Just had this De Grasse game. Best BXP in Co-op for a T6 I have ever had (previous best was 833 in Farragut). Was just me and a New Mexico with a bunch of bots in a Standard battle. Chatted to NM at start I would head to base and that he should stay there so we could defend if our bots went down early. Instead he yolo'd the middle against 4 torp Cruisers and went down right off then the rest of my friendly bots went down leaving me vs 5. Somehow in the very fragile De Grasse I pulled it out. They are both Tier X 1 human + 8 bots Co-op battles. It is as if the bots were tolerating my presence while they were trying to wreck themselves. 😄 Aside from the very slim margin of error that I have to take into account—I just do not trust the level of AI these bots on my side have, if my ship is destroyed—these were truly fun battles. Henri IV It is rare to have a 2/7 battle, even rarer to be in a 1/8 match. Usually it is a 2/7 line-up, with two humans and the rest are all bots, but this time, the Match Maker really turned the challenge all the way up to 11! New_Jersey_prpr Posted August 19, 2023 Share Posted August 19, 2023 1034 EXP with Boise Getting that kind of EXP numbers is not very hard if you try using Annapolis or something similar in co-op in PT sever (and a bot carrier is constantly giving you plane kills), that would be a easy way to accomplish PT server missions. FWIW this is part of why I have accounts on both the EU and NA servers: it's easier to get bot-heavy Coop teams if you can play at weird hours (server time). I'm on Eastern, so playing later at night on the EU server translates to some ungodly hour of the morning in the EU itself, when most sensible folk are in their (or someone's) beds, hence more bots... The CV was only after spotting so he was happy doing his thing while I got on with my demolition role. First one approaching 1000 that I've had in quite some time. Frostbow Posted August 20, 2023 Share Posted August 20, 2023 This may not be the 'best' in terms of damage done or Base XP earned. This was memorable because after plenty of battles wishing for a Ruggiero di Lauria to appear in Co-op, I finally faced one. Best BXP so far of the night (1198) - was hoping for more Potential Damage but not bad - got a bad spawn and took a bit to get focused and then I had to actually fight so as not to die vs just bow tank in reverse. Best Potential Damage so far of the night (3.6 Million) - this was ideal. 1st spotted as I ran ahead slowed to 1/4 until 10km then rest of game in reverse with anywhere from 3-6 shooting me. My teammate died like 2 mins in doing squat and my friendly bots dropped like flies. Got left alone vs Nakhimov, Hannover, Edgar, Venezia, and Balao in my Harugumo. Fun times LOL. Had to play peek-a-boo and chasey-chasey using the islands to reset bots trying to take our caps, and set fires/torp to whittle them down, all while not getting nuked by Nakhimov (torps not an issue but bot CV's can reliably hit you now with rockets and bombs) and/or spotted so I wouldn't get shot. Took the point win vs trying to run down the CV after killing the Sub and going up on pts. I just didn't have the HP left (thanks Hannover secondaries LOL) to risk the CV hitting me as it would probably have killed me. One of those where the BXP feels on the light side (nerfed???...Anniversary event...cough..cough...😉 ). Was pretty hairy with just me and our bot CV at the end vs Georgia, Republique, and the bot CV (which was on me like white on rice) and it didn't help our Pommern was botting (don't be fooled by their finish and the kill - was all secondary's as they sailed straight from spawn, with guns locked to one spot, to the other side and never shot at all). But managed to hold on and do it. Bit disappointed it wasn't over 1000 BXP for another extra flake but it is what it is. Still a decent game.
