HamptonRoads
Once again upper management has neglected to acknowledge the United States Marine Corps. On November 10, 1775, the Second Continental Congress met in Philadelphia and passed a resolution calling for the creation of two battalions of naval warriors called, Continental Marines. This was the genesis of the the United States Marine Corps. 6
