Does Black Friday Gold & Coal Missions apply retroactively if you get the normal type of ship after obtaining the B versions.

Got the Iwami B and Repulse B and was thinking of getting their armoury equivalents for coal and doubloons respectively(To also use the gold coupon before it resets next month) 

Could anyone confirm that the missions still drop?

From previous experience (got the Dunkerque B two years ago, pulled the original from a Santa crate), yes. But don't get the doubles unless you are absolutely sure about what you want to do differently with them.

Do you get Black Friday missions for them annually then? Meaning you got missions for it again last year and this year?

If I read that right, it’s a no.  You only get the mission for the “new” Black ships and only if you have both regular and “B” IN PORT during the event timeframe.

No. You only get the mission once per black ship, and only if you get the Black and the Normal ship together in the same year (or already had the normal ship).

You have to have the ship in port and if you draw the B version you get the mission…

Yes. Per the description:

 

It doesn’t matter which ship you obtain first, as long as both are on your account before the end of the year. The missions are not recurring because becoming an owner, rather than being an owner, are the conditions to receive the missions.
