We like to have fun. I’ve got a motto I’ve used for years: “If you’re not having fun, you’re doing it wrong.”
But... we also like to win. So, we are looking for a “Strategist” or, I believe, what some clans call a “Caller” (??) I’m not sure if I’m mixing up two different things there. But we need someone who knows the game and can give us the best chance to win at Clan Battles as well as other Team Division-type matches. Someone who can look at enemy ships and the map and say: OK, you go there, and you go here, and I’ll go over here... 
Clan Battles are our main priority. Training for some of us who desperately need it (like me) is welcomed.

You will be expected to participate in NAVAL BATTLES if and only if you are logged in. If you can’t log in to the game during NAVAL BATTLES time, that’s fine. Family, jobs, and the real world come first for all of us at all times. But, if you log in during the NAVAL BATTLE span of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, you will be expected to help with trying to get the win. 

We use in-game chat. If you don’t have a mic, that’s OK. But you will be asked to enable “Voice Chat” in settings so you can hear us.
If you do have a mic, then standard etiquette is expected to be followed.
Flaming, yelling at, or cussing at another player will not be tolerated. People make mistakes, and pointing out the mistake is fine, and encouraged, as long as it’s done respectfully.

We don’t mind a hot microphone (voice-activated) that’s perfectly acceptable.
As long as we don’t have to hear your TV or background noise, talking to yourself, chomping gum, eating chips and rattling the bag, or have to hear you hack up a part of your lung. Believe me, we have heard it all.

We are an open-minded group and welcome people from all walks of life.
We don’t talk politics or religion out in the open. If you and someone else want to get into a private discussion about it, go ahead, just keep it between the two of you and the fence post.
We are not a strictly organized Clan. We have anywhere from 40 – 50 members at times. All bonuses from Naval Battles are split amongst the qualifying Clan Members.
