Kruzenstern Posted December 31, 2024 Posted December 31, 2024 (edited) As a longtime player I can't help but still feel a bit cheated by that 'sweet' bonus. Back before the economy nerf (which WG styles as rework) the bonuses were multiplicative and those events were really special as you could reap some great rewards with decent flags, and I tried to play as many TT ships as possible. Now after the nerf to additive bonuses, when using a blue XP booster, that oh so great 200% bonus becomes actually a mere 25% (actually less) effective boost, which does not really encourage me to do anything out of the ordinary. Sure, for people using green, grey or no boosters it becomes increasingly closer to actually being 200%, but it is still so underwhelming compared to what we used to have. Yeah, those days the battles tended to like a proper Admiral's regatta. Good times. 1
