Inbox update & bugfix

two teeny weeny adjustments made to solve a couple of issues:

• members' inbox capacity has been increased.
• members called @Admiral_Karasu don't get blocked sending PMs to full inboxes.

There's still an issue with members called @Admiral_Karasu not being fully able to send you DM's from the inbox. They can send you a message by clicking on the message option from under any of your posts on the forum, though.

Appears to be currently fixed. Monitoring the situation. If anybody else starts having this issue, let us know.
