I've been keeping my fingers crossed this would return again. I've managed to grind more ships than ever since the discount during the anniversary, along with additions from Santa crates, steel ships etc 

Don't forget to check to see if you have any slots to fill after the removal of Magazine Modification 1 Upgrade a few weeks ago. Several of my lower tier DDs were running it, back from the days of having very few signals.

I know what I'll be doing on the 23rd before family priorities take over for a few days.

What credits?  LOL had about 100K before this season... now scraping by...  Many ships underequipped, but don't really need 'em...  I need that sale where they let you un-equip ships free of charge 🙂

I have WAY more ships properly equipped with upgrades than I actually use... I want to move stuff around 🙂 instead of buying hundreds (literally) of copies of 1M-3M credit upgrades.  Sorry for the confusion 😄

Does anyone know if the -15% tech tree  ship discount will stack on top of the already existing clan discount? I’m almost ready to buy Kitazake and Soyuz but will hold off if it does. 
 

Also, do modules sell for the same price or different during the discount event? If they sell at a -50% rate during the event, then I need to sell some now from unused lines and place them essentially for free on lines I need them on.

The discounts don’t stack. The largest discount is applied.

I afraid no.

They only offer the highest discount... So if you have -15% discount coming, and with -15% clan discount, you will still get -15% discount. It won't stack.

I am not sure about modules, but I think the sell price will be halved during the special.

Ahh - the great upgrade. I have used  72.937.500 this time = the savings. The hard part was going through all destroyers where I previously had the Magazine Mod. Quite a lot. Despite having the credits I enjoy savings. Probably because of my normal work as a Group financial Controller. It is in the blood(work).

That was "expensive".  131,820,025 credits used to equip 62 ships (plus 17 ships affected by the removal of the Magazine Mod), and decided to make a significant dent into the coal reserve to equip some of the higher tier ships with special upgrades (that should guarantee a new Coal Ship in the armory soon).  I've been trying to grind through several lines over the last few months, and found several forgotten ships without upgrades.  Time to put on some credit boosters to build up the reserve and hope for another discount session at the game anniversary.  I'm going to make an effort to now use some of the forgotten ships, but that will be after family time over the next few days.

So far I have fitted out 17 ships with about 84M credit value modules, thus saving about 42M.  I expect a couple more tomorrow.

I have more ships to put modules on than I can afford, even with 50% off, so I'm prioritizing premium ships and high-tier tech-tree ships that have not as yet been equipped.

I'm glad I had so many credits before this started, because they are bleeding out fast. I should make one more check tonight that I have fitted out all the most recent ships I ground out or won.

Good thing I checked - I found some T9 and T10 ships that were completely unequipped or had their slot 5 and 6 empty! 

No doubt I'll find some I missed later, but for now I think I've got all the big ones.

I always spend more than I can afford when these sales occur because I can always sell them later at the same price I purchased them for if I get into a bind.

Thanks for the reminder, our clan had our annual crate opening last night and I only had time to throw on equipment for half of them. Made a reminder to do it tonight when I get back from hunting.
