Best Buy Gift Card Error

Random question in case anyone's experienced this before, I'm trying to redeem a Best Buy gift card on WG's website and I got this error:

I believe this means the issue is on Best Buy's side not WGs, but I was curious if anyone else is having (or has had) similar issues.

I know what this is a about, you already started doing a transaction, then you changed your mind and went back at some point and then tried it again, so it was automatically blocked for 1 hour.

After 1 hour you can do it again but make up your mind before and do it in one go.
