Uhm... you are talking about skins, but do you mean the camos? If that's the case, what kind of issue are you having?

A player can choose which "skins" or "camouflages" the game will display.
Clicking on the "gear icon" in the lower-right side of the Port Screen will access the menu, and you can choose options from there.
Note the yellow arrows in the enclosed screen-shot, which point to the "gear icon".

thank you lots of spi-ships skins to look at very small menu star but does a lot of on and offs for each ship well it all works to
