spending oil ?

if a commonder spends oil on somthing we dont wont can we reverse it and spend oil on what we wont in clan base

I'm not aware of any way to reclaim oil, and I really doubt WG would reverse such an allocation that has been done.

You can try by submitting a CS ticket, but that request will probably be denied.

No, the commander is the commander.

A lot of commanders do consult the clan, but many members of clans do not respond.

The best solution for you is to change clans, if it is upsetting you that the commander is not distributing enough containers to you.

As above. It's the Clan Commander's clan, he paid for it, and he can do anything he wants to with is. My clan commander has been AWOL for a year. Fortunately, he appointed a couple of us Deputy Commanders so we can spend the oil. Neither one of us likes what the other spends it on.
