I used to have some in the 2-3K range and like you I sold 1000's of them for credits. I only play the PVE modes as well, but I always keep the Mike Yankee Soxisix, Sierra Mike, Victor Lima and India X-Ray signals for ops. The rest I tend to keep around 100 or so on hand but will start keeping the new Charlie Kilo signal.

Iron Reserve, i didn't sold them, fully equipped with all recommendet signals a match must be really expensive.

I keep mine ticking over at 500 each, any excess I sell, I very rarely use them.
