I don't have Lutjens assigned to my Erich Loewenhardt, but here's a screenshot of my build.

So this is first what we're going to do.

Standard 9 points go into 1, 2, 3, 4 then we go bomber flight control. The rest are spent depending on what you want specifically.

Then you can choose between having two 2p skills or sight stabilization and a 1p
