Finally craked the 300 ship barrier and 1 billion credit mark

Been here since 2015 I remember my favorite ship was the Bismark. At that time I believe it was 1 million to purchase I though oh my god I will never get this ship. Lol now I have 1 billion credits and 300 ships. I know it's not a lot of ships but I dont grind lines I don't grind anything.

I believe that's why I am happy with the game I am not trying to play for free so I don't really care about getting every free thing that comes along. I do have respect for the people playing for free or almost free but I think it must be hard not to get angry with the company and the players when you cant get those wins or those missions completed.

Anyway just wanted to say thanks to WG I really got a lot of free stuff this Christmas and I am really enjoying the port as well. Really a good job thanks again.

I have 70 million credits and over 500 ships, but I can't help thinking that if I had only 300 ships, I might have the billion credits! 🤑 High tier is expensive.

I started in 2017, and my first Christmas event was the one that got you the Duke of York. I  failed that one because I was a newb with a very limited range of ships which were eligible (i.e. Emerald and Leander), because I'd concentrated too much on one line. If I'd had at least one BB at Tier 5, I would have done it - and I knew it.

The effect this had on me was to make me quit trying to finish the event in order to concentrate on broadening the range of ships I had in my port, so that such a failure would never happen again. You can let failure break you, or you can draw the appropriate lessons from it and make improvements. I prefer to let my anger motivate me, not eat me alive.
