Many or several losses in a row (in this case 7) are a Wedgie normalcy. Try getting the abnormal many or several wins in a row (of a similar number - these happen far less). 😒

Interesting stat is the damage in that game is the max for Bismarck in nigh 1300 games!

The logic of getting a high score in a loss has a lot to do with being top tier in a close game.  Target rich environment with same or lower tiers (more bang per salvo) in a ship that (when top tier) has tank armor, followed by a stretched out game on which to get the bigger bangs while surviving the lower incoming salvo threats.  A quick red rolel and I die mid game.  A quick green roll and we win before lots o damage can be done.  A protracted full game battle to the end.

Also, keep in mind that a top tier ship can't yolo and die early.  Its power is in getting into a proper position where max damage can be done while balancing survivability. Bismarck is a brawler, but finding that sweet spot where you push up to make a good early impact without losing too much health is key.

I'm quite sure that everything is kind of logical, but much is in the eye of the beholder. Most people haven't and / or won't reach your niveau, level of gameplay and mastering. It seems to be completely unfair when you keep losing despite playing well and then to be punished at the end with plunging WR. On top of that, stat - jockeys, something you''ll find piles of despite claims to the contrary, point fingers at you and make insulting remarks. WG's "method" of rating games is highly unreliable and often also degrading.

Carry harder.

This has been my tier 8 ranked experience so far as well btw. I literally gave up on my normal mode of play after 10 losses in a row while being top xp 7 times.

If you find yourself in a hole, stop digging.  😉

Isn't it just a tad difficult to dig a hole at sea.. I mean, just saying. Although on closer thought... that's also one reason to stop digging.

All you did was top the entire BXP in a loss. Jeez carry harder next time Soshi. Only yourself to blame!

I bet the red Rochester on this battle of mine went through a similar range of emotions, maybe worse due to being a cruiser and not even top tier:
