New ships coming to 14.0

Hoping for more coal or RP ships.. But Orgon, Vyazma and Metz are just for testing.  So only Incheon and Dutch ship are obtainable.

Are these already included in the Captain's Logbook on the PTS? Looking forward to some of these for Coal. I have more than 2,300,000 at the warehouse. 

But knowing WG, I will not be surprised if they offer it via random bundles, or sequential bundles, or via Doubloon auction.

Too early for another Dockyard if these ships will be released by 14.0-14.1. 😁

Perhaps it will be Incheon first, in time for Lunar New Year.

Oregon, if this is accurate, looks interesting.

As of now I cannot say how similar Oregon is to Georgia because the former, along with Vyazma and Metz, are 3 new ships planned for future events that will have "new gameplay concepts compared to their original counterparts". 

For Oregon, it will have 29,640 hit points at the start of battle. It will also feature a "Fight or Flight" gimmick (?) where main battery reload and accuracy improves as hit points decrease, but only up to a certain hit point threshold. Main battery is 3 x 2 457mm guns, similar to Georgia, but the similarity in guns (at least to my understanding as of now) ends there. The ship will enjoy bonuses at the threshold such as -27% main battery dispersion, -15% main battery reload time, however: upgrades to improve main battery accuracy or firing range are unavailable.

Anything that will shake up this stale game, particularly special modes, mechanics, and events that are not limited by the traditional confines of Randoms and Co-op, will make ships interesting.

Nirod will be ongoing for half of 14.0, so big dakka Eendracht isn't likely. i'm suspecting random bundles like Rhode Island last year.

Incheon probably same thing but Lunar New Year flavored (although there hasn't been any mention of LNY activities for 14.0 yet)
