Disappearing crates

Hi all,

Twice recently I got awarded a Santa gift crate (one from the hidden button in the santa gift screen) and another from somewhere else (I can't remember).  Anyway, on both occasions, I went to open them and the crate disappeared in the UI and nothing happened.

Has anyone else experienced anything similar?    I googled it earlier, but couldn't find anything about it.  It's not a big deal really, but it would be annoying if it happened to a mega-crate or similar.

the closest I've come to that was winning a crate and it didn't appear in the crate presentation window. No drama, though, it appeared some time later (10 min or so). If you got a crate, and didn't open it by mistake, open a ticket with customer service. I believe they'll be able to track it for you.

I mean, you did have your name and address clearly labelled on the side of the shipment, didn't you. 😁

If your game software has "bugs" or is "glitchy", then I suggest using the "Check & Repair" feature.

I had the "loot crane remover" mod from Modstation active.  I've since removed it & will keep an eye on it.  Thanks for the suggestions all
