Forced Holding Pattern…

Played one battle on 13.11 on Wednesday of last week, unlocking Level 5 of the Event Pass, then left town for 5 days. Decided NOT to cash in the rewards because of the three days of Premium time, wanting to hang on to it until a more opportune time to use it.

Drove 500 miles to get back today, plated 2 ranked, 2 co-ops and have unlocked Level eleven. Still eschewing claiming the rewards until the weekend because of the premium time.

I’m also hanging on to snowflakes until I can open the Santa boxes that I unlock by the weekend from the event pass first.

i did go ahead and pick the Shimakaze as my North Pole event ship. I reset the line first, so I got credits from the sale of it, and after one co-op battle, I got the 6000 Research Points.

One of the six Santa boxes from the event ship reward bundle, dropoed me a gold container, which gave me 3750 RP. That put my over 19,500 , which gave me enough to grab the Cristoforo Colonbo UU.

So, I did manage to get a little done.

I thought I was b!tching about being unable (for the most part) to claim and utilize rewards.

Most of what I saw was the progress that you made, and the decision(s) to defer opening your rewards until the timing was optimal for you.

I was able to cash in ahead of time. Stage 3 of the Dockyard rescued me, via three says of premium time. So now, the three days from the event pass will run through the weekend, anyway.
