From a sample size of 3 (my 2 accounts and my sons 1 account) the 1st December slot is a SC.

Got a Super too. Probably no list available since this kind of thing is supposed to be a surprise. I could be wrong but I didn't see list of rewards for it in the news section for the holiday event.

I assume there will be Santa crates among the rewards in addition to the usual credits, free xp, coal, etc.

Whoa, you scored, there!  Smolensk is a main battery hit monster...great for missions requiring such things!

On top of that, she is also an excellent firestarter, my go to ship for missions requiring such things. Also good for damage even in coop. All round an excellent ship (Some would call it OP and I wouldn't disagree). There is this old video about it that I still watch every once in a while because it is both very funny and very true...

So much of a monster they banned it, then nerfed it. Or nerfed it, then banned it; I sometimes get these things mixed up.

Whatever, it's had the double treatment. But it's still fun and toxic as hell, which is why I think I can count my PvP Smolensk games on both thumbs; certainly on one hand. But the bots have suffered greatly, and it recently surpassed my Salem as the ship in my fleet with most XP on it (not counting the T1 cruisers that get all the XP from space event ships dumped on them).

One of the best coop ships in the game ... makes doing main battery hit missions a breeze.

Yep, there's a thread on Reddit where a WG staffer says they are aware of the issue.

Mine was very laggy the first time I tried it. I had to escape out, and when I later checked back, the supercontainer had been delivered. 

Mind you, that was when it had literally just gone live, and every monkey in NA was smashing the keyboard trying to redeem it. The Expedition to the North ship thing was glitching out for the same reason.
