Have you noticed that WG reset the accumulated Santa crates history (for guaranteed drop) due to change to just 2 crate types (Mega and Ordinary)?

As I recall, each year is a "different" santa crate, so reset is normal.  Someone correct me if I'm mis-remembering.

Yeah, WG can be a bit dodgy... ok... very dodgy, but not on this, I think.

Is this applicable only to the Santa-season crates?  Which show-up in-game annually?

Or is something affecting the daily crates we get for earning XP, too?

If it only affects the Santa/Holiday crates, then it seems understandable, to me.
If it was a reset of the crate count for all crates on a player's account, then I can see why some players might be miffed.  Especially if there was no published announcement of this phenomena.

I see absolutely no reason why 2023's drop chance should be counted into 2024, especially when major changes have been made to the contents of the crates.

Hi all,

In past years the count for the guaranteed drop was transferred to next year/event...

This year they removed one crate and reset count for the remaining two... 😞
