Look  for The Mighty Jingles in your unassigned captains, he will be there with 6 unused points trained for the Black Swan. If your Black Swan doesn't have a captain then he might be on there.

Nothing at all, there was also no in-game notification of having received the rewards.

try the code again, make sure you haven't placed a space at the end of it. You may have to log out and back in if your game was running.

Confirmed. The code is valid and gets accepted, nothing received on EU nor on ASIA. Same difference if you got Jingles previously or not.

Already done that, the code was accepted but nothing appeared.

"code already redeemed" but not Jingles. Not on the B.Swan nor in my captains list

Relogging does work. Try again. There's probably some kind of delay at work here. Look for Jingles in the UK reserve.

Yes, the new Jingles is 6pt and the old one is at 17pts.
