Ticket time for response

New to the site. What is a normal time to wait for help after opening a ticket? I have one that has been waiting for a reply for over 3 days.

Hello @Toothmother. Welcome to DevStrike! About your ticket - I can't see one here, so I guess you mean WG customer support?

I would say the vast majority of tickets sent to WG customer service would be answered within a few days (my experience).  If you have one sitting for more than 3 days, I would suggest resending it.

Yeah, I get answers within a day or two.  If it's something simple, it's often resolved quickly.  If it's something difficult, you'll get an "answer" but it often won't be one that solves the problem.
