Still can't see 'Steel Will' in 13.11 patches notes

The only reference I could find in news was what they said under 13.10, that  the Steel Will event is coming in 13.11.

We won’t be getting 13.11 patch notes until the Monday before the update goes live.

The “Work in Progress” articles are specifically about the PTS - if something isn’t relevant to what is being tested on the server, it usually isn’t mentioned.
