If you are trying to restore premium ships, remember you have to have the necessary credit balance on your account to do that.

CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. (AP) — The two astronauts stuck at the International Space Station since June welcomed their new ride home with Sunday’s arrival of a SpaceX capsule.

SpaceX launched the rescue mission on Saturday with a downsized crew of two astronauts and two empty seats reserved for Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams, who will return next year. The Dragon capsule docked in darkness as the two craft soared 265 miles (426 kilometers) above Botswana.

NASA switched Wilmore and Williams to SpaceX following concerns over the safety of their Boeing Starliner capsule. It was the first Starliner test flight with a crew, and NASA decided the thruster failures and helium leaks that cropped up after liftoff were too serious and poorly understood to risk the test pilots’ return. So Starliner returned to Earth empty earlier this month.

The Dragon carrying NASA’s Nick Hague and the Russian Space Agency’s Alexander Gorbunov will remain at the space station until February, turning what should have been a weeklong trip for Wilmore and Williams into a mission lasting more than eight months.

Two NASA astronauts were pulled from the mission to make room for Wilmore and Williams on the return leg.

Captain!! For a mere  (and discunted!!) 99$ you can purchase a special mission and its completion will get you a special "Where are my bloody ships!!" container in which you may find another  "You've got to be kidding me!!!" container which may contain a special "clue" token which you can exchange for an element of the "What the actual ..... " collection. You can purchase an unlimited number of missions!!

And a port slot. Got to have that.

When the system was automated it only took a few minutes but you could only get 3 ships back a day IIRC.  I had sold off all my ARP ships back when you couldn't hide the content. When they finally made the change to hide it, I bought them all back over the period of a few days. Really simple. Any time you add people to the equation, things that worked well get bogged down.

3 ships a day is relatively fast, wasn't there a far stricter time limit originally?

It could have been, don't recall. Was something that I wasn't interested in doing until they made the change to ARP content. The automated system worked quite well IMHO and had zero issues getting back everything I had sold, quickly.

@Taylor3006 Where did you get the information it's 3 ships a day? That's not what Wargaming is stating on their website. It is 2019 but it says updated 3 months ago. This tallies with the restrictions I was remembering.

Quote
  • VRT can only process one (1) restoration request at a time. VRT only allows one (1) successful restoration every 30 days.
  • It takes up to 24 hours for a sold Premium ship to become available for restoration in the Vehicle Restoration Tool.
  • If a Premium ship is present in your Port, the Vehicle Restoration Tool will not work for this ship.
  • Vehicle restoration requests submitted via the ticket center will be answered by an automated system.
  • Ensure that you have at least one vacant slot and enough credits (see below).

You might wish to correct your typo there.

There is an O missing in "discounted", and it makes all the difference. 🤣

It could have been two ships at a time, has been so long that my memory of it is pretty vague. I do remember it took me a few days to recover them. I did have all of the ARP ships save the Maya one so what is that, 9 ships? Went back thru my old CS tickets (had an issue with one) and it was dated Feb 20, 2019 but unable to read the comments.  All I can say for absolute certain is that it was more than one ship a day. Whether that is 2, 3, or 4, dunno. I also remember that it took several days to get everyone back although not sure how many days it was.  I do absolutely know it did not take 30 days to get each ship. I am positive about that.

It is a shame the old forum does not exist any more. We discussed it there. It is possible that they made changes between Feb 2019 and Nov 2019 to the restoration mechanic. The article you linked shows that it had changed 3 months prior so that would track. Hell maybe it got overwhelmed by people like me wanting their ARP ships back since you could hide the camo finally or wanting them back for snowflake events.

I googled this a bit more, and I think what you are saying is something that actually happened because a 3 year old thread on Reddit (which is beyond WG's control) presents something of a timeline for the changes.
