Bounty Event

So I join this event then forget about it & log on today - a T6 Canarias to play a NB. The battle was a T5 - T7 Random.

What do I see but several enemy trying their darndest to get me. I managed to sink 2 & I survived (barely). A DD was trying to get me at the bitter end (almost did).

The kicker is, it was only after the battle, I noticed I was one of the two Bounty ships 😁. We both survived - the T7 Bounty guy got a Kraken (lol).

It's like CV lust, you might get that delicious target but you keep yourself out of play for the rest of the match.

People should be punished for this type of play and have all damage reflected back onto them when they explicitly target a bounty.

You have to pay 100,000 silver to be the bounty ship.  You get three for free, but you have to use the 100% off coupon to do it.

You weren't the bounty ship without knowing it.

I use Yukikaze for a game.
I had 4 of enemy chasing me all the way to they back line. ( i was able to sneak up middle, pick off 2 and the CV )





My team still lost.

This is rather cheap to draw the Suckers in & then your team (likely?) gets the W.    ..... an 'exploit 😎, perhaps?

He wrote just 3 lines. You obviously read the first line, then deliberately only quote the third line so you can throw shade at him. Pathetic.

He opened with that he did the thing. And then FORGOT about it.

I sure hope you don't get short term memory problems when you get older.

LOL...what?  I have re-read my post and I am still missing the 'pathetic shade throwing' part.  What I posted was 100% factual with no judgment.  I only quoted the third line because that is what I was specifically responding to.

Aethervox responded to me appropriately and as he saw fit.  He apparently didn't get offended.  I didn't get offended. 

I am not going to apologize for apparently offending you, because you came out of left field to play the unnecessary White Knight.  In MY old age your reaction has me a bit befuddled, but I am confident my short term memory problems will aid me in getting over it.

Knowing and forgetting are two different things, though. Yesterday, I switched from ASIA (where I have not done the bounty thing) to EU (where I have used those free coupons) and started playing a battle. The first odd thing was a DD telling me (on a cruiser) to go away and join a BB in the back, so I guess that as better than supporting the DD.. go figure. I got sunk later on in the battle as it was being lost (this was Two Brothers), and only then looking at the results I realised I had had the bounty marker on me all the time. No wonder there was so much enthusiasm to shoot at me...
