I have Schill in my port and have no idea how it landed there. It was offered in bundles a year ago, FYI.

I know I did not buy the bundles at the time, so I'm guessing Christmas crates or a very lucky super container drop. It's just a guess.  I don't even think I've taken it out for a spin yet.

Presumably, you've had lucky crate drops, and missed them?

Schill's quite fun in Coop (I can't remember if I've tried her in Ops - I keep forgetting I have her); she's sort-of like a T8 Graf Spee. Absolutely non-essential, but there are far worse things to have fall out of a crate...!

Schill drops from containers, so any container could have droped Schill without knowing

It's a pretty looking hull and, as far as German cruisers go, pretty looking deck and superstructure layout.

 

Would not mind the hull being used for German 3×3 -20,3cm Cruiser.

Oddly, I had a similar experience just a few weeks ago - while looking for a ship to play I noticed I had Borodino!

Again the obvious answer is it dropped from a container, but when I open SC's I pay close attention to see what I get.

 

The mystery deepens....
