Yes indeed, absolutely incredible, thank you @HogHammer! What a difference in the control room atmosphere from the 1960’s “Houston we have a problem” monotone to the jubilant yelling and shouting of this team, the pride in their hard work and genius is palpable! The math needed to guide those boosters back down to their own launch tower is just mind boggling to me, absolutely incredible!

I imagine not all of it is a pre-programmed & timed-sequence based upon calculations.
I'm guessing that there is a guidance system that is taking position information in real-time and making adjustments so that the vehicle will remain on the planned flight-path, or will deviate according to a decision process or via commands from ground-control.

That said.  Yes, it was impressive.
